The concept of this project was pointed out by the name of the villa, “As Ondas”. Taking advantage of the recovery and expansion of that building, the landscape architecture project seeks to take advantage of the topography and open areas that the place already offered. Following that approach, there was a whole process of selection of the plants to be preserved and, with concrete work base, a whole new garden was designed, taking advantage of vegetation duly adapted to the local conditions in order to allow a greater chromatic diversity and the need to safeguard the privacy of the land.
The whole area of intervention, besides the proposed trees and shrubs, was complemented with a set of aggregates that reinforces the lines of the proposed design.
The irrigation system used is the drip-line, duly concealed, minimizing the respective visual impact and water losses due to evaporation.
